Located at the foothills of the Titiwangsa Range, our farm in Gopeng is tucked amongst hills alongside the river rapids of Sungai Geroh.
Previously a neglected, unproductive palm oil plantation and fruit orchard when we took over in 2019, we had converted the plantation into edible gardens & a food forest. When we arrived, it was full of mosquitoes and dark with unattended swampy spots.
Our first year was mainly spent to remove the palm oil plantation, dig out new ponds to manage the water table and low lying areas plus create suitable planting areas for our gardens and food forest.
With poor soil conditions, our ongoing objectives are to restore overall fertility through regenerative practices.
It has always been our main goal to work with the land – with only natural inputs, hand-in-hand with nature.
